The Village

Les Carroz is a fabulous traditional village which has maintained its own unique identity and personality offering a great mix of facilities whilst not being over developed.

Les Carroz is a spacious, sunny, family resort with pavement cafés and interesting little shops and several good restaurants all centered around the main square. There are plenty of activities in and around Les Carroz both by day and night to keep you well occupied.

At an altitude of 1140m in the Haute Savoie, Les Carroz is situated on its own sunny plateau and throughout the years has maintained its authenticity, offering a wide range of different sporting and cultural activities all year round for all ages. It is easy to get to, being only 12km from the A40 motorway (exit 19) 45 minutes from Geneva, 2 hrs from Lyon and 5 hrs from Paris...

From May to Sept Les Carroz has a myriad of activities to choose from for the sports minded amongst you yet the tranquility of the mountains calls for those who want to break from the rigours of the day to day routine.



Mountains and Traditions

Every Tuesday morning the Place des Aravis comes to life with a typical Savoyard market. Also not to be missed is the farmers' market at the Navillod Farm on the first Friday of every month.
